We do not simply rely on the auction catalogue to sell your property. All of our properties undergo an expansive marketing campaign throughout the UK and beyond via:

  • Catalogues both hard copy and online versions are sent out to our ever increasing database of registered buyers currently numbered at circa 25,000.
  • Auction Boards our distinctive auction boards generate local interest.
  • Trade Press we take regular adverts in the Estates Gazette as well as other property publications.
  • National and Regional Newspapers
  • Direct Marketing where relevant we will notify local builders, developers, investors, property companies and local agents in the areas surrounding individual properties.
  • Property Portals we accept that lots of buyers these days start their search online, so unlike most auction companies, we upload all of our properties to Rightmove, Zoopla, Findaproperty, Eigroup, Needaproperty, Movehut and many other leading property portals.

Customer service
We have a large team of experienced sales staff working on your property. We believe in giving our vendors the highest level of personal service which is why every vendor is given a dedicated member of staff fully available to them outside of office hours. Our clients are given continual updates on the interest levels in their properties and why they are welcome to have our mobile phone numbers in case they wish to call us outside of office hours to discuss their properties.

Fees
Our fees are highly competitive. Our standard charges comprise entry fees of £350 (half page) or £550 (full page) and we charge between 1-3% commission. There are various variable factors that will affect what fees we will charge on any given property.
